You can hide some of the disks when browse with Explorer. Furhermore, you can hide additional folders that can be visible in the "My Computer" such as Dial-Up Networking, Scheduled Tasks, etc.

Next, you can disable or enable autorun possibilities in the system. It cannot be setted for a separate disk, you can specify it only for the class of disks (i.e. for cd-roms, hard disks, floppies, etc.)
